Other Program Services: OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES ARE SIMILAR IN NATURE TO THE LARGEST THREE. THIS INCLUDES SUPPORTING MUNICIPALITIES IN POLICY and planning efforts; providing design and implementation assistance; and developing resource documents outreach and education programs.
The LID Center has an ongoing multi-year agreement to assist Prince George's County, MD, in addressing its stormwater management regulatory requirements. The five project areas are: 1) serving as a liaison between the County and its 26 incorporated municipal co-permitees; 2) providing pollution prevention training and support to 19 County and municipal facilities; 3) establishing and carrying out the County's rain check rebate training program for landscape contractors; 4) providing technical planning, design, project management, and outreach support for CIP projects; and 5) providing grant management services.
The LID Center is under contract to provide Public Private partnership support for Prince Georges County under the direction of the Corvias P3 Program Lead. The scope of work includes the development of proposals, contract review, supervising and coordinating efforts of consultants and contractors, acting as a liaison to the County and regulatory agencies, and monitoring programs and projects associated with the Public Private partnership. Resource identification, budget preparation, and progress reports are also provided under the direction of Corvias Infrastructure Solutions.
