Lowell Youth Leadership Program's sole service is to provide a free summer camp for under-served Lowell kids ages 10 to 16. In 2022 the summer Program ran for 2 and a half weeks and served 120 kids. In 2023 the Program ran for 4 weeks and served 150 kids.
