Community development and educational outreach activities. Financial institutions and government agencies - lmsdi is working with financial institutions, universities, government agencies, and community based organizations, to determine the level of private vs public affordable housing in 90 pittsburgh neighborhoods. The research produced 6 publications which can be found on pghlending.com lmsdi website- lmsdi produced a website titled pghlending.com which analyzed over 900 financial institutions and their lending practices in pittsburgh's 90 neighborhoods plus 9 council-matic districts. Website analysis is for private sector affordable housing vs public sector affordable housing.
Research lmsdi community analysis of vacant properties - over 434 vacant properties in the Lower marshall shadeland neighborhood were assessed to determine the condition of readiness for rehabilitation. Depending upon availability of resources and fundraising. The housing will be used to house veterans and low-moderate income residents.
