Woodside offers 12 units of subsidized Housing for developmentally disabled persons in cooperation with the us department of Housing & urban development. Woodside is managed by lutheran social services of Wisconsin and upper Michigan whose mission is "act compassionately. Serve humbly. Lead courageously." Some of the property's amenities include an on-site manager, community room, on-site laundry facilities, well maintained landscaping with outdoor seating areas, pets allowed, secure buildings, cable hookup, and furnished refrigerators and ranges.
