Lung Cancer Foundation of America's mission is to dramatically improve survivorship of lung cancer patients by funding transformative science with the ultimate goal of curing the disease. To accomplish this, LCFA works to raise funds for lung cancer research, raise public awareness, and serve as a resource for patients or anyone affected by lung cancer. Its programs include young investigator lung cancer research grants and lung cancer public awareness.
