Program areas at Lutheran Community Home

Lutheran Community Home, Inc. Provides long term care for the elderly residents of the Community. We have 116 licensed bed nursing unit that provides long term care as well as a locked dementia unit. We also provide a rehab-to-home unit within these 116 beds. We also have a licensed 33 bed assisted living unit that is attached to the nursing facility. In addition to these, we operate 28 independent living apartments and 22 independent living garden homes. We are registered as a ccrc in the state of Indiana.
