Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board

The program carries on a number of clinical activities, including case management, crisis management, crisis intervention and emergency services, social and vocational rehabilitation, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care and community living arrangements and day programs for mentally disabled persons, these services are provided to individuals without regard to their ability t pay. Services are purchased wholly or in part by the organization through various contracted services providers. These contracted service providers are also non-profit agencies, hospitals, etc.
