To preserve and protect the land and to create a human community that lives in harmony with each other: added to the compendium of flora and fauna. Also began the long term project of cleaning and mitigating the toxicity of the pottery studio.
To engage in conservation, arts & crafts: investment into moving, washing, cataloging and storing the Lynn Bowers permanent collection of artwork under our artwork preservation charter.
To enter into leases of buildings on the land for preserving the long term eligibilty and accessibility for people of modest means: investments were made in main house adding to the available low cost living spaces by drywalling, sealing and painting and flooring the attic space.
