Program areas at Maddie's Fund
National partnerships - we funded a number of strategic national partnerships again this year, including human animal support services and Maddie's million pet challenge projects. We approved 27 new partnership grants this year.
Research grants - we funded several research projects focusing on access to veterinary care and foster care, including The aligncare project and The national foster care survey. We approved 13 new research grants this year.
Education grants - we continued to provide educational opportunities for workers and volunteers in our industry through opportunities like conference scholarships, shelter medicine training, Maddie's university course development, and in-person trainings. We approved 32 education grants this year.
