Founded in 1983, Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic has granted the wishes of more than 8,200 children residing in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Make-A-Wish has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Our mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make-A-Wish experience has on children, families, and communities. Make-A-Wish seeks dedicated and passionate individuals to share in our mission of granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
