Provide affordable housing for low income, disadvantaged, previously homeless individuals who have found it difficult or impossible to find other housing - due to personal histories, limited income, and prior rental histories.
Property management - maintenance, repair, remodeling. This has required finding appropriate help to manage remodeling projects that are currently being depreciated. Included in the costs for this year are just management time required and major remodeling costs are being depreciated.
Client assistance with housing, transportation, food, health, education and other life expenses including crisis and emergency management.
