Reached 3000 persons for counseling and education outreach at various venues and Health fairs. Provided 39 hep c tests to high risk population. Provided 2 hep b tests. Provided 378 std counseling & testing sessions. Distributed more than 9000 condoms to the community.womens wellness clinic - during the 2022/2023 service year mphs saw 344 unique patients who utilized 691 Services. The womens wellness program identified 14 abnormal pap smears, 25 were initiated on birth control and 63 utilized birth control.
Tobacco cessation Services encompasses free cessation counseling in both group sessions and individual sessions, and free nicotine replacement therapy to 160 individuals.
