Workforce housing program - a roommate matching and employment verification program which qualifies all employees and renters who sign up through the program. The goal of the program is to increase the supply and availability of long-term housing in Mammoth Lakes.

Customer service training program - offered free to all Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce members and local businesses. The program consists of a fall and a spring manager/owner power lunch and 2 frontline training sessions in november. Additionally, two power lunches are deducated to customer service training.

Mammoth Lakes restaurant association - Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce (mlcc) is the management agent for the Mammoth Lakes restaurant association (mlra). Mlcc provides all administrative services for mlra.

Power lunches - monthly membership meetings for the Chamber. The purpose of the meetings are to provide networking opportunities, to provide management training sessions and to inform the membership of important issues facing the Mammoth Lakes business community.tech assistance program - provide business counseling to individual businesses.virtual job fair - with the shortage of workers in Mammoth Lakes, the Mammoth Lakes Chamber conducts a virtual job fair every spring and fall. Using social platforms like facebook and instagram, the Chamber markets its member's job openings in southern California and in the reno/tahoe region. The Chamber also works with Mammoth high school to produce a spring job fair for youth summer employment.
