Manor Park serves seniors over the age 0f 62 in six different levels of care, allowing residents to move in and live independently and as their needs for more care progress, allow residents to move to a higher level of care that fits their needs without having to leave their community of friends.manor Park's healthcare provided skilled nursing to an average census of 14 residents per day; long term care to an average of 48 residents per day; long term memory care to an average of 12 residents per day. Including providing meals, activities and social interaction, spiritual support, services of a chaplain, availability of therapy services, licensed nurses on staff 24 hours a day, trained caring staff, and a home like environment.
Assisted living in the helen greathouse building has available both traditional assisted living and early-stages of memory care. Services provided include help with daily living activities such as bathing, assistance with dressing, medications as needed, social interaction, stimulating activities, meals, a library, caring staff, licensed nursing staff 24 hours a day. During this fiscal year, a daily average of over 91 residents were served in assisted living. During this fiscal year helen greathouse provided care to an average of 72 traditional assisted living residents and 22 memory care assisted living residents.
Independent living is available in a variety of different floor plans from apartments to homes, allowing residents to maintain their independence when they no longer want or can deal with the difficulties of maintaining a home. Residents in independent living are able to dine on campus; maintenance and housekeeping is provided; along with water and cable services, transportation to doctors, creative and stimulating activities, a library, and computers are also available. During this fiscal year, an average of 294 households were served in independent living.
