Maple Farms Foundation

The private Foundation is organized for exclusively charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"). Specifically the private Foundation makes grants and gifts to other organizations existing and operating exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code.
