Marcella Sembrich Memorial Assoc

The association maintains and operates the Marcella Sembrich opera museum as an educational and historical facility relating to the history of classical music, particularly opera. The museum is located in the original building built and occupied by the late diva Marcella Sembrich (1858-1935). The museum is typically open daily every summer for 3 months since 1937. The association sponsors various concerts and exhibitions for educational purposes as well as to promote the appreciation of classical music with an emphasis on opera.

All income from the concert series is used to offset the cost of events of the association as part of its exempt purpose, which is to provide educational and performance opportunities while promoting the study of classical music.
