Program areas at Maroon
Small Business Cohort Program - Maroon supported over 34 small busineses in the Greater New Orleans area through whole group professional learning and individualized coaching support.
Education Leader Support Program - Maroon supported approximately 1500 educators. This support consisted of directly training almost 300 New Orleans educators (including approximately 35 school leaders) with a focus on DEI classroom/school-wide best practices and systems wide strategic planning.
BLK MKT - Black Market Event featuring a diverse range of vendors showcasing their creative talents. Talents included handcrafted jewelry, trendy apparel, delicious food and artisanal goods. Live music and entertainment was also provided througout the day.
