The Youth programs are designed to empower young people through a comprehensive approach that focuses on health, education, and cultural perpetuation. Each opponent plays a crucial role in developing well-rounded indivudals equipped to thrive in their community. The health initiative emphasizes a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The educational programs aim to support academic achievement and prepare Youth for future opportunities. The cultural enrichment plays a vital role in fostering identity and community pride. This program focused on cultural perpetuation that include arts and performance, interpretation and translation, appointment setting, and community festival events.
The national Marshallese community coalition (nmcc) implements a series of programs designed to strengthen leadership, ensure compliance, and promote community engagement. The primary programs include the annual leadership summit, document review, and quarterly site visits, each contributing to the overarching mission of enhancing organizational capacity and community empowerment. The annual leadership summit serves as a cornerstone event for nmcc, bringing together community leaders and stakeholders for a series of interactive workshops. The document review program ensures that participant organizations maintain compliance with state and federal requirements. The quarterly site visits provide valuable opportunities for nmcc to engage directly with the community and observe organizational programs in action.
