The national Marshallese community coalition (nmcc) implements a series of programs designed to strengthen leadership, ensure compliance, and promote community engagement. The primary programs include the annual leadership summit, document review, and quarterly site visits, each contributing to the overarching mission of enhancing organizational capacity and community empowerment. The annual leadership summit serves as a cornerstone event for nmcc, bringing together community leaders and stakeholders for a series of interactive workshops. The document review program ensures that participant organizations maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.
