Marshview Community Organic Farm serves as a conduit to enrich the economic, social, health, spiritual and cultural opportunities for local youth and adults through the Young Farmers & Chefs of the Lowcountry Training Program. The program has initiated multiple projects, including organic farming practices, a Gullah cooking school, a mini marketplace, a Gullah cultural preservation project, the Free Home Cooked Meals program and basic vocational skills such as bicycle repair, birdhouse construction and gardening.
