The foundation conducts annual conference and retreats are attended by Community Action Agencies statewide and various agency representative and the general public the events promote the ideas and programs of Community Action Agencies and serves
As a forum to inform the public of anti-poverty efforts throughout the state. In addition, the cap Agencies officers and staff are afforded the opportunity to attend training workshops and seminars presented by various experts.
