Provision of homebuyer and homeownership education programs to low and moderate income consumers in the boston area including a matched savings program for first-generation homebuyers, as well as organizing grassroots support for Affordable Housing and conducting research on important Housing issues. Publicize Affordable homeownership opportunities through a host website with listing of all Affordable homeownership units in Massachusetts. In fiscal year 2023, maha graduated 3,551 people from 51 different homebuyer and homeowner education classes. Maha also provides services to homeowners through the homeownership assistance fund.
