Master Builders Association of Pierce County (MBA)

The Master Builders Association is involved in the following projects serving the home building industry: 1) cooperation with local governments on regulations, taxes, permitting, fees and zoning related to new home construction. 2) assist in labor negotiations. 3) dissemination of information to members and the public through newsletters, bulletins, telephone and other media such as the internet. 4) tours of homes to show the public the latest in new housing construction practices, energy efficiency and materials. 5) participation in state and national home Builders associations to promote industry unity, efficiencies and a system for discussion of common problems. The Association had 845 members as of december 31, 2023.
