Description
The Master's Institute equips leaders in the Kingdom of God through spiritual and character formation, biblical teaching and leadership training. The Micro Mdiv, facilitated within congregations by MI personnel, is an 18 month program that increases the competancy, character and capacity of Christian leaders. Thirteen men and women have been trained through this program. Additionally, the MI Seminary has trained 29 men and women to fill leadership positions in church settings like pastors, worship leaders, youth pastors and childrens ministers.

MI Seminary We trained 37 men and women in a seminary setting to fill leadership positions in church settings, such as pastors, worship leaders, youth pastors and childrens ministers.
Micro Mdiv This is an 18 month leadership training program focused on increasing the competancy, character and capacity of Christian leaders. This program is facilitated within congregations and is staffed by MI personnel. We trained 17 men and women.
