Description
Max's Mission saves lives in Southern Oregon by educating people about overdoses and providing them with free naloxone and harm reduction supplies. In the past year, the organization has distributed naloxone at over 150 local sites resulting in more than 1000 overdose reversals. As part of the State Opioid Response 2, Max's Mission aims to increase access to naloxone for those at risk and provide education about overdoses. The organization has distributed over 4,692 doses of naloxone in Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath Counties resulting in 111 overdoses reversed.
