The Mcdowell access to care and Health (match) program is a community-centered network designed to improve access to care, engage its participants in their physical, behavioral, and social Health, and utilize community resources in the best way possible.
The purpose of the west marion community forum is to build relationships among members of the west marion community, learn about existing resources to strengthen the community, identify locally driven solutions to issues related to housing, transportation, childcare, healthy food, and youth engagement, and work together to address these challenges over the long term.
The workforce wellness program is a comprehensive workplace wellness model that uses and innovative community-focused approach for helping local employers not only save money and improve their bottom line, but also make their respective worksite a healthier place to be employed and help connect their employees to local free or low-cost resources.
