Education: developed and executed educational campaigns, such as the month of Mckenna, highlighting the positive impacts scientific research on psychedelics and Natural Philosophy have had over the past 50 years. These campaigns serve to educate the public about developments and information in the field of ethnobotany, ethnopharmacology, and conservation.
Espd55: conducted a four-day symposium, commemorating the 55th anniversaary of the ethnopharmacologic search for psychoactive drugs conference. This four-day event was held in person and online and included esteemed speakers like paul stamets, monica gagliano, and wade davis. Overall, 33 of the most exciting minds in psychoactive research presented 37 sessions exploring the world of ethnopharmacologic knowledge through various life-centric perspectives. These educationsl sessions were recorded, curated, and made available for free for public access.
Biognosis: completed the production of the first film in the documentary series, biognosis: bridges to ancestral wisdom. Seeking the preservation, revival, and empowerment of amazonian biocultural diversity. This is phase one in the biognosis project goal to illuminate the "gnosis" (knowledge) of all "bio" (life) on earth to bring humanity into a more symbiotic relationship with all of nature. This inaugural film serves as both an educationsl and awareness tool to garner addtional support for indigenous communities, and the digitization of an extensive amazonian herbarium with over 150,000 plant specimens.
