Program areas at Mclaran Leadership Foundation
Leadership salem program enrolled 42 participants in its initial cohort. Participants included up-coming leaders from diverse business and community backgrounds. The cohort met monthly to increase their Leadership skills and awareness of the key operations, resources and challenges in our community, build connections, and introduce opportunities where their skills and interest can effect positive change and professional Leadership growth.
Salem emerging leaders engaged over 70 young leaders, tailored to ages 20-40, in a summit, and regular monthly and quarterly programmed activities. These activities provided consisent, intentional skill development, and awareness of community needs, while creating new connections, networks and communities. Programs included Leadership training, social activities and opportunities to learn from leaders who have come before them.
