Mclean County Community Compact

Compact fosters a collaborative partner network of stakeholders from business, government, labor, education, and the Community who are committed to the economic diversity, development, and wellbeing of the region. Compact aims to: improve communication and coordination between regional employers and education and training institutions to better prepare for the talent and skill needs of bloomington-normal's firms, achieve and sustain a strong business-education partnership at the k-12 level, and increase private sector participation in, and support of, mentorship programs for k-12 students.
