Meadowbrook Development Corp

In 2014 the Meadowbrook Development Corp obtained a grant from Nassau County Office of Housing & Community Development's Neighborhood Stabilization Program which was used to purchase and rehabilitate a single family home in Roosevelt New York. The home will be rented to a veteran and family once rehabilitation is complete and a certificate of occupancy has been issued.Occupancy is expected in early 2016

The organization's primary exempt purpose is to construct,acquire,rehabilitate and improve low rental properties for the specific needs of our low income seniors and veterans in our community.in 2014, the Meadowbrook Development Corp obtained a grant from nassau county office of housing & community Development's neighborhood stabilization program. In march of 2017 initial occupancy began and has continued through april 2021 at which time the rental property was sold
