To promote the best possible care for all patients who are admitted or treated in any Southern Ocean Medical Center healthcare facilities. To promote the interests of the membership of the association and physicians at large to the general public through programs of education, membership education, overseeing membership quality and efficiency, and otherwise promoting the general professional performance of the membership.
