Medical Staff of St Jude Medical Center

This non-profit organization provides a framework for self-governmentin order to permit the Medical Staff to discharge its responsibilities in matters involving the quality of medical care, and to govern the orderly resolution of those purposes. The organized medical staff has the authority to establish and maintain patient care standards, including full participation in the development of hospital-wide policy involving the oversight of care, treatment, and services provided by members and others in the hospital. The medical staff is also responsible for and involved with all aspects of delivery of health care within the hospital including, but not limited to, the treatment and services delivered by practitioners.
