We coordinate with other local health care and social service providers - both public and private - to serve the needs of each individual and address broad community issues. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life in our communities by providing accessible, affordable primary healthcare and related services effectively, efficiently, and responsibly. Our physicians' specialties range from Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Podiatry and more. Our sites are community practices, serving everyone from newborns to the elderly, including those with commerical and public insurance, as well as those without insurance.MedLink Georgia, founded in 1976, is an important part of the network of community-based health centers making a difference in the lives of more than 600,000 Georgians each year. We are a unique healthcare provider for Northeast Georgia with locations in Athens, Bowman, Clayton, Cleveland, Colbert, Commerce, Danielsville, Demorest, Gainesville, Hartwell, Homer, Jefferson, Lawrenceville, Lexington, Monroe, Royston, Suches, Toccoa, Watkinsville and Winder.MedLink Georgia provides a broad range of services based on the needs of the communities we serve. We strive to be the healthcare provider of choice that will serve anyone, regardless of their financial situation. No one is refused services because of lack of insurance. We maintain a sliding fee schedule that is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. It is MedLink's goal to keep the lack of insurance or ability to pay from being a roadblock to quality health care.MedLink Georgia is a Health Center Program grantee as defined by 42 U.S.C. 245b, and deemed a Public Health Service employer under 42 U.S.C. 233(g) - (n).
