Men2Boys (M2Bs) biggest success and the most impactful mentoring program are conducted with the Department of Juvenile Justice. We believe over the years we've been able to speak into the lives of the young males has been a success, as we have seen the difference in their behavior and conversation. Over the five years of conducting weekly mentoring group sessions, the average attendee has increased, as many of the young males who completed their DJJ requirements continue to attend and allow M2Bs to work with them, to either complete their graduation requirements or to prepare them for the workforce. In 2022, Men2Boys Mentoring has returned to conducting 100% in-person group and individual mentee coaching sessions. During 2022 Men2Boys also added Middle School mentoring groups that incorporate robotics to the group sessions. Men2Boys conducted 282 group hours in 148 groups, 1159 individual mentoring hours for a total of 1,498 individual sessions. We concluded job readiness sessions that prepared several mentees and helped additional mentees secure jobs in 2022.
