Destigmatizing Mental Health: mhc leverages a collective of the most impactful Mental Health organizations, brands, and individuals to coordinate and amplify Mental Health advocacy, provide access to life-changing Mental Health resources, and encourage Mental Health storytelling to making it less stigmatized to speak out about Mental Health and empower people to access the help they need.
Roadmaps: mhc's roadmaps are a digital content series of comprehensive, accessible, jargon-free guides that address common Mental Health topics, such as lgbtq+ Mental Health, women's Mental Health, self-love, self-care, climate anxiety, and more. Roadmaps are used to educate people in various settings, including the workplace, school, and universities, and have received over 25 million impressions.
Sos: in partnership with a cross-functional group of the most prominent experts in Mental Health and the world's leading tech organizations, mhc is developing the first-of-its-kind standards and ratings for youth, making it easier for people to decipher and decode how to engage with technology in ways that support their Mental Health.
