Program areas at Mercer Island FC

For about 438 youth players who desire and qualify to play at a more competitive level of soccer for a longer period of the year, the Club coordinated and administered COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS to youth mostly residing on Mercer Island. As part of the programs, youth are taught teamwork, discipline & perseverence. The volunteer hours to handle the programs are approximately 1500 hours.
For about 155 youth players who wanted to further develop their skill and understanding of the game, the Club coordinated and administered programs in the FALL AND WINTER PROGRAMS, both for skill development and to maintain their skills in December when most teams take a month long break. The hours involved to handle the program is included with the Recreational Programs below.
For about 201 young youth players who are just beginning to develop a determination of what sports interest them,the Club coordinated and administered MICRO PROGRAMS to youth mostly residing on Mercer Island. As part of the Program, youth were taught teamwork, discipline and perseverence. The volunteer hours to handle the programs approximates 750 hours.
RECREATIONAL and miscellaneous Programs For about 311 youth players the Club coordinated and administered programs. The Programs teach the players teamwork, discipline, how to get along with others, sportmanship and perseverence. The volunteer hours to handle the programs approximates 3000 hours.
For about 90 youth players who wanted to further develop their skill and understanding of the game, the Club coordinates and administers programs in the Fall and Winter for both Skill development and to maintain their skills in December when most teams take a month long Break. The hours involved to handle the Programs are included with the Recreational Programs.
For about 100 youth players the Club coordinates and administers programs. The Programs teach the players teamwork, discipline, how to get along with others, sportsmanship and perseverence. The volunteer hours to handle the programs approximate 1000 hours.
