Program areas at Mercy Heart

Mercy Heart provides weekly encounter groups throughout the country where family members and returning inmates can work safely through the life-changing transition of incarceration to release. Mercy Heart also conducts multiple in-prison day with dad and day with mom events called legacy day. These events bring families together in order to begin the process of restoration and reconciliation prior to release. Additionally, Mercy Heart provides in-person, as well as digital, resources, programs, and curriculum to ex-offenders and their families that seek to reduce national recidivism rates.
