Both provide affordable, permanent Housing, with on-site house management, case management, access to 24-7 emergency crisis line. The two homes provide 25 units of Housing to adults. Case management services include individualized support, conflict resolution, and help accessing benefits, employment, mental health and health care services, if needed, and other assistance to help residents maintain tenancies and live independently.
