Shelter development: to build shelters and transitional Housing for the homeless and to support students interested in pursuing a career in the home building Industry. Home aid: partners builders and trade partners with social service agencies to build or renovate quality Housing for homeless men, women and children in the Portland Metro region. Workforce: our goal is to develop a critically needed future workforce for the residential building Industry by getting to people to work in living wage jobs now, planning for the future by investing in the youth in our community, and advancing equity and diversity in the construction Industry. In kind donations during 2023: labor 1,200
Scholarship: by awarding scholarships for local high school students the Foundation strives to encourage young people to consider a career in the homebuilding Industry.
