Performance expenses:reimburse the school district for the employment costs of full-time and part-time music instructors and coaches for the various Band programs including: marching Band, percussion ensemble, winterguard, three jazz ensembles, string orchestra, wind symphony and wind ensemble. Pay for competition entry fees and travel expenses to competitions

Administrative expenses:pay for program general and adminstative expenses including office supplies, website, insurance, bank and credit card merchant fees.

Equipment, music and student expenses:purchase and maintain/repair musical instruments and equipment for the instrumental music department. Purchase clothing and uniforms for the department. Pay for student recognition and awards banquet expenses. Purchase music arrangement and pay for commissioned music pieces, drill charting and copyright clearance. Pay for student leadership programs and student scholarships.
