Miami Center for Architecture and Design

Mcad offers exhibitions, lectures, tours, film series and other programs to reveal the richness of Design in Miami. Admission is free and open to the public with the exception of signature events. Our successful virtual programs allow access to individuals from around the world. Continuing our work in opening up issues around the built environment to the community, mcad worked with the Florida department of health to create active Design Miami, a series of strategies to develop building and public spaces that allow for more activity and healthier outcomes. Other programs include our book talk series, urban warrior awards, and the pawchitecture. Design competition.
