Economic development of the Miami Valley Research park are attributable to buildings which are leased by technology entities, therefore fostering and promoting Research, technological, scientific, and educational activities and to create and preserve jobs and employment opportunities to improve the economic welfare of the greater dayton area. The Foundation is in a wind up phase and its remaining purposes, besides those listed above, are to support the Research park area and maximize the value that will inure to the benefit of the remainder beneficiaries in its organizational documents.
