Multi family development tenant purchases - serves as development consultant to tenant associations and nonprofit organizations undertaking multi-family property purchases, assisting and overseeing building renovations, and to nonprofits that own or want to own and preserve their space. Also worked with tenant groups to increase long term capacity to own and manage their own buildings, supervising projects through completion.
