Michigan Urban Farming Initiative engages the Michigan community in urban agriculture and distributes over 20,000 pounds of produce for free to over 2,000 households. They also distribute hundreds of trees, shrubs, edible and ornamental plants to the North End Community. More than 1,500 volunteers are engaged in neighborhood improvement work.
