Real estate development/ asset management - the production of affordable housing for rent or sale in economically depressed neighborhoods where new investments are causing property values to increase and become steady.
Homeownership preservation services - the preservation of homeownership through foreclosure prevention counseling, owner-occupied repair and/or rehab, and aging in place solutions for older homeowners.
Home ownership promotion - the pursuit of home ownership through counseling, education, and realty services in a comprehensive one-stop-shop program. Daily counseling, monthly classes, and ongoing property search services. Financial capability services are also provided as a goal setting supplementary effort.
