Community Based Safety ProgramContinued to provide administration and management to the Community Based Safety Program. Received a $20M grant from the City of San Francisco to continue the program in 2022. Through subcontractor, Urban Alchemy, provided over 200 ambassadors per day to improve the quality of life on 80 block faces from 7:00am to 7:00pm, 7 days a week.Neighborhood revitalization programDeveloped the Re-Think, Re-Envision, Re-Experience Mid-Market economic recovery strategies. Conducted community stakeholder focus groups. one-on-one meetings, data collection and analysis. Engaged a national retail consultant and an arts activation consultant. Received City of San Francisco grant for $150,000 for this project. Received a $100,000 grant from Dolby Laboratories also for this project. Implementation of the program to begin in 2023.
