Program areas at Midwest Ski Otters Water Ski Club
Fostering national amateur sports competition in show skiing. In 2023, had approximately 150 members. Placed 2nd in the regional show Ski tournament, with several members placing in individual competitions. Placed 1st in national doubles competition and 2nd place in national swivel competition. 3 team members selected to compete on team usa world competition.organization also conducts mn charitable gambling to assist local youth, governments, and nonprofit organizations support the area.
We perform weekly Water Ski shows for the commmunity. This is a full production that is fully scripted, costumed, narrated show, with music and parts acted out on the Water. It is the most unique community theater you will ever see that is free of charge. All of our members participate in these performances for crowds ranging from 200-1000 weekly.also hold various clinics for Water Ski skills, serve 50-65 people and also reach out to various nonprofits to offer free Ski lessons.
