Us-china agricultural roundtable was convened in st louis on april 4, 2023. Over 100 american attendees participated. The charge d'affraires from China attended, the usda acting deputy under-secretary, former us amabassador to China, and president emeritus of the world food prize foundation all attended. The goal was to link the world's two largest producers and traders for mutually and globally beneficial food policy.
The organization sponsored two "far east deep south" film tours to promote dialogue around issues of identity and cultural heritage in jackson, vicksburg, and oxford, Mississippi, memphis, Tennessee, new orleans, Louisiana and columbus Ohio.
Hosted jiangsu and nanjing delegations to st louis Missouri to foster cultural and economic exhange opportunities in the sister city relationship. The organization also hosted a delegation from hubei to explore opportunities for collaboration around ecological protection, biodiversity, flood control, transportation, tourism, and cultural exchange. The groups signed the first of its kind mou for yangtze-mississippi river collaboration.
