To receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and, to use and apply the whole or any part of the income therefrom and the principal thereof exclusively for educational purposes and educational activities within the united states of America. The organization continues to manage an exchange student program and also began a Scholarship fund this year.
