Minkwon Center For Community Action empowers the Korean American community, as well as wider Asian American and immigrant communities, to achieve economic and social justice for all. They provide high school youth with the opportunity to learn new skills through education, service, and interpersonal development/team-building to perform poongmul. Minkwon Center leads APA Voice (voting and organizing for increased civic engagement), an eighteen-member collaborative dedicated to demonstrating both the power and needs of the Asian-American immigrant population through voter turnout and education.

Advocacy & Community organizing - represents Community needs on the federal ,state and local levels of government and provides our Community the platform to engage in grassroots organizing and activism.
Civic participation - lead the apa voice (voting and organizing for increased civic engagement) - a eighteen-member collaborative dedicated to demonstrating both the power and needs of the asian-american immigrant population through voter turnout and education.
Social & legal services - offers a comprehensive range of free social and legal services to more than 8,000 low-income Community members, mostly are limited english proficient immigrants who have difficulty gaining potential available resources.
Youth empowerment & culture -provides asian-american high school youth the opportunity to learn new skills outside of an academic setting through education , service and interpersonal development/team-building. To perform poongmul, an ensemble of traditional korean percussion instruments representing various elements of the universe.
