Continued actions to implement final year of 2021 strategic action plan by providing input into agrigrowth's membership, business model, partnerships, and programs. Sucessfully assessed business model revenue opportunities, expanded and refined partnership opportunities, and hosted 4 exceptional, well-attended, profitable events for our members.
Building and sustaining a qualified agri-food talent pipeline continued among 15+ Minnesota ag, education, and career development organizations as we successfully involved national experts in our ag & food summit and attracted the national agcareers.com to hold its 2024 roundtable in Minnesota.
